normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>1.1本招标项目M0综合体（轨交科创中心）建设项目（专业工程暂估价）-空调工程施工 / 标段已由成都市新都区发展和改革局以川投资备【2020-510114-47-03-507555】FGQB-0682号批准建设，项目业主为成都市新都香城建设投资 ，建设资金来自国家投资-非政府投资，项目出资比例为100%， 项目已具备招标条件，现进行公开招标。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.1须具有独立法人资格

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.2须具有 建设行政主管部门颁发的建筑机电安装工程专业承包一级资质；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.3信誉要求：不存在投标人须知第1.4.3项规定的限制投标的情形；

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>3.1.4企业注册地不在四川省行政区域内的省外企业须提供在有效期内的四川省住房和城乡建设厅官网已公开的入川信息网页截图（如投标人为联合体，则联合体所有成员均应具有）。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>近年（2019年11月01日至投标截止时间，不少于3年）已完成或正在施工或新承接的项目共不少于2个类似工程业绩。

normal style='text-indent:21.0pt;line-height:150%'>类似工程业绩是指:单个合同金额不低于5000万元的机电安装工程类施工业绩
