（3）业绩要求Requirement for Bidder's reference:
自2012年1月1日起至投标截止日（以合同签订时间为准），投标人应具有至少2台直燃式热介质锅炉（功率≥6000kW,卧式安装）的供货业绩，并提交相关业绩证明文件。
投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，业绩证明文件包括但不限于：销售合同原件扫描件和到货验收证明文件。业绩证明文件按至少体现以下内容：合同首页、签字盖章页、合同签署时间、货物名称、技术参数、供货数量，到货验收证明文件。未提供以上文件或提供文件无法满足上述要求的视为无效业绩。
From January 1, 2012 to the bid deadline (subject to the contract signing time), the bidder shall hA/Ve at least two direct fired heat medium boilers (power ≥6000kW, horizontal installation) supply performance, and submit the relevant performance certification documents.
The bidder shall submit the performance form in the prescribed format, and the performance proof documents include but are not limited to: the scanning copy of the original sales contract and the arrival and acceptance certificate. The performance certification documents shall at least reflect the following contents: the first page of the contract, the signature and seal page, the contract signing time, the name of the goods, the technical parameters, the quantity of supply, and the arrival and acceptance certification documents. Failure to provide the above documents or failure to meet the above requirements shall be deemed as invalid performance.

After successful payment, the bidder can download the bidding documents by itself. The price of each set of bidding documents is RMB200 or USD30, and it is non refundable after sales.
