项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的 土地开发复垦 施工进行公开招标。

2.1.2 建设内容及规模：本次土地开发建设规模 45.8458 公顷，预计新增耕地面积41.3369 公顷(其中新增水田面积 22.1042 公顷，新增旱地面积 19.2327 公顷)。
