并提供有效的特种设备型式试验证书（压力管道元件）且证书批准范围涵盖本次招标范围。
投标时需提供证书原件扫描件（原件备查）并可在全国或省级特种设备公示信息查询平台核实。

B．国外产品：投标产品的制造商应当取得压力管道阀门的《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》，并通过型式试验和制造监督检验（或者进口安全性能监督检验），且证书批准范围涵盖本次招标范围。
过渡期内（2024年5月31日之前）未取得上述证书的，需提供特种设备型式试验证书（压力管道元件）,且证书批准范围涵盖本次招标范围。

投标人须按规定格式提交业绩表，并提交相关业绩证明文件。

投标人所提交的业绩证明文件必须至少体现以下内容：合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、阀门类型、阀门尺寸、阀门压力等级等技术要求及到货验收材料。
未提交业绩证明文件，或所提供的业绩证明文件无法体现合同签署时间、制造商名称、货物名称、阀门类型、阀门尺寸、阀门压力等级的技术要求及到货验收材料的，均视为无效业绩。
